The Service was built by Airro Studio LLC (“Airro” ) on behalf of Finelite as a free app to enable users to connect to lighting controllers and tailor the lighting in a particular “Space” . This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the Service, Airro may collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. Airro may share this Log Data with Us. Any Log Data collected will be used solely for (i) diagnostic purposes of the Service and any Finelite product for which the Service is used; and (ii) to improve the Service and Finelite products.
The Service allows the user to name the “Space” served by the Finelite Lighting controller. To the extent Personal Information is used to name the Space being controlled (i.e. Mr. Smith's office), such Personal Information may be collected as part of the Log Data. Accordingly, users are advised not to use or incorporate Personal Data in the naming of such Spaces.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. The Service does not use these cookies explicitly. However, the Service may use third party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. We want to inform you that the email address(es) supplied in connection with use of the Service and which is used to confirm the security setting changes, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device that initiated the update are stored by a third-party emailing service. We do not and will not sell this information, nor will the third-party emailing service. We may provide access to this information to Airro, vendors, or consultants, but the information will be used strictly for identifying defects in and making repairs to the Service. A request to remove any supplied email address(es) and/or IP address from storage maintained by the third-party emailing service can be made in writing to contact@airrostudio.com.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
